Installation & Access
The Client agrees to:

* Ensure power, internet, and structural suitability
* Obtain landlord or strata approval if required

Monitoring Services
Where monitoring services are provided:
* Monitoring does not guarantee prevention of loss, damage, or injury
* Response times depend on communication networks and third-party services
* We are not an emergency service provider
Clients must keep contact details up to date at all times.
CCTV & Privacy Compliance
The Client is responsible for:
* Ensuring CCTV use complies with all applicable privacy laws
* Installing appropriate signage where required
* Informing staff, visitors, or occupants of surveillance
We are not liable for misuse or unlawful operation of CCTV systems by the Client.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
* Use security systems lawfully and as intended
* Maintain systems as recommended
* Report faults promptly
* Avoid unauthorised modifications
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
* We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
* We do not guarantee that security systems will prevent all incidents
* Liability is limited to re-supply of services or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranties
* Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment
* Installation workmanship is warranted for 6 months
* Warranty does not cover misuse, vandalism, or unauthorised repairs
Payments
* Payment terms are outlined in your invoice or agreement
* Late payments may result in service suspension
* Monitoring services may be suspended for overdue accounts
Cancellations & Termination
* nstallation cancellations may incur costs if work has commenced
* Monitoring contracts may have minimum terms and early termination fees

Intellectual Property
